This in an interesting link, given that our main
supplier (Sweet Maria's) is going through the
Fair Trade certification process.  I was
wondering what that entailed; here it is.  It's
astonishing how little coffee costs (in terms of
money going to the farmers/millers), even within
these guidelines...showing that small increases
in what we pay can make big differences for those
