I came home after a tougher than usual day at work. I made a capacheno out
of a double shot of Aged Sumatra Pwani Mandheling '98 corp, roasted over an
oak fire about a minute to into the second crack. Then, in a bowl, I
scooped a nice sized sliver raspberry sorbet. On top of it I placed a
thinner sliver of Godiva Belgian Dark Chocolate ice cream. Took a bite of
the sorbet/ice cream mixture, I let my tongue melt the sorbet down into the
chocolate ice cream. After the ice cream melted away and the flavor started
to wain, I chased it with the capacheno. Repeated until all was gone and I
feel much better
