On two or the four email lists I'm on, there have been attachments sent =
directly to me, offlist, from members of the list.
I haven't noticed any activity today on this list, but.... if you 
receive an attachment.... from anyone.... don't open it.  Check with 
the other party first.
It most likely will be sent privately, off the list anyway, but from 
someone on the list.
Again, don't open attachments without first checking with the person  
to see whether they ACTUALLY sent you something.
