Thanks Kyle for the feedback.  I think I did pretty good.  The reason for 
the 3 cups was mostly to see that if someone say they really like a cup, 
can they find it again or is it just their mind playing games.  We did 
taste throughout the time as the coffee was cooling down and made sure to 
slurp to get full flavour.

I must say that everyone had a great time and are already talking about 
doing it again.  The main purpose was to educate ourselves and for everyone 
to find one coffee that they like.  We did great on the 1st point, not so 
great on the 2nd point.  Will keep working at it.

Boiled water and wait waited about 30 seconds for it to cool down a little 
bit to 200.  Placed 7.5 grams/cup and poured 5 oz liquid on top of grind.
