Tomorrow I get my one pound of Panama! Brown is coming. I looked on the SM site and now I see two more wonderful African offerings! I will have to enjoy this as others share their experiences with them. The stash must be reduced before ordering more. The Expobar Office is suppose to come tomorrow too! Yep, I am getting an E61 HX machine! Vacation starts tomorrow too! Great timing. Poor Miss Nancy is being replaced by a Spaniard! Les |

Allen, When SM was in Ohio, you were closer! Les Allen Marsalis wrote: At 06:18 PM 7/29/2004 -0700, Lesley Albjerg wrote: <Snip> You got your AMTE first, and now its the Panama. If I was a real CSA member, I'd move closer to SM.. ;-) Allen am |
Tom and Maria are buckeyes? :) I did not know that. So is my wife. Anyway, true Les! That would shave about 1-2 days off. But you know something, reading your reviews is nice while waiting, and helpful too once the package arrives. But something tells me you will recommend keeping this one on the lighter side. Something about "complex" and lots of "bright notes" whatever the heck that means. :) Makes me think that "espresso is an orchestra in a cup" which it is I suppose.. Only I happen to be deaf or something. Or at least unable to describe the instruments or sounds. There are no words to describe what I taste when drinking good homeroast! ;-) Allen am At 10:25 PM 7/29/2004 -0700, Lesley Albjerg wrote: <Snip> |
Allen, <Snip> Not exactly... I think Tom is a west coast surfer guy, Maria is from the Chicago area. SweetMaria's was originally here in Columbus (about 15 minutes from my office) when Maria was working at the Wexner 'art thing' on the OSU campus. They moved back to the bay area a few years ago. Sooooo sad.... I used to dash to SM at lunch to chat and buy greens. <Snip> Where is your wife from? I've been a transplant in the Buckeye state for nearly 34 years. Originally from Ft. Worth, TEXAS. Yeah, Les has got me beet by about 5 minutes. He could walk down to Brown and pickup his package if he was really feeling antsy! |

Originally from Ft. Worth, TEXAS. > I shouldn't keep referring to her has "my wife". She has a name. It's Paris. She had it before Paris Hilton. But I try to avoid the subject for as long as possible. :) Now that we have that out of the way... Paris is from Bath, OH.. (close to Akron) She moved to Louisiana when she was about 15 and I met her at 16 and we've been in love ever since - been married 21 years now. I've lived here in Shreveport my whole life. She, er I mean Paris went to the same school as Jeffrey Dahmer so I'm glad she moved down when she did. :) (She didn't know him though) Allen am |

I am not sure yet. She may be moving to Bend to live with my daughter and son-in-law. Vacation began with the birth of 8 Pug puppies. I have 5 tampers to get done this weekend too! I am really enjoying my HX machine. Les Jean wrote: Hope you are enjoying your vacation AND your new machine. What are you doing with poor Nancy? Jean :~) |
This is a multi-part message in MIME format. Eight puppies is NOT a vacation! (Voice of experience speaking.) Good = thing you have the new machine to see you all the coming weeks and = chores. Hoping you have a LARGE stack of newspaper, too, Jean ;~D |
Jean, She only had 6 the last time! I am pulling shots just to stay awake! I should say, at least I am on vacation! Les Jean wrote: Eight puppies is NOT a vacation! (Voice of experience speaking.)
