Hi all,
Been staring into the dog bowl so much lately, havn't had the chance to post
very often.  Brown arrived today!!! (and about 3 days ago too...).
Three days ago he brought 2 pounds each for Les' triple blend (Carmo Estate,
Dulce and Laranja Cravo), Moka Kadir Blend, and Liquid
Amber/Monkey....thanks Tom and Maria!!!  I have been FMSHGDB roasting Les'
blend, and waiting to rest it properly before sampling (tonite!!!).  I also
FMSHGDB roasted some Liquid Amber and Monkey, so I have a large range to
try!  Today, Brown supplied me with an EPNW steam tip, as well as a LM
Double basket.
Congrats to Les on the new high powered equipment.....and the
vacation....Don't you love it when "a plan comes together?".
I can't tell you folks how much I've learned from this list, and my SO and
my work associates are benefitting from my knowledge.  As an aside, my mom
came over for her first cappa and espressos since the Tea and Mini arrived.
We did one Liquid Amber, one Monkey (cappa) She said that both of her drinks
were the best she's ever tasted...anywhere.  She want's to know how much
advance warning she needs to give me when she wants a quick
ristretto.....;-).
Thanks again for everyone's generosity!!!!  And to Tom and Maria for making
it possible!!
