Well, recently I landeda Cory DRU/DRL/DEO stove from eBay. Landed a pair of Cory rods seperately and found a cord for the DEO at a local junk/antique shop. Cleaned everything this morning and brewed a carafe of AMTE (soaked roast), rested since Sunday night (not the first brew/shot from it). I'll need some prefecting of the technique, but the grind from my 169D seemed good - set to coarsest possible. Amazing brew! Like a French Press, but Oh so much smoother! Can't wait to roast a bit more of JBM-MB to try in it. Fantastic coffee, but probably only for weekends/special occasions. With three small kids at home, it's hard enough for me to pull two shots!
