the hg/db method lately, so let me put this in - did
my first roast with my 2 best friends today, and sweet
goodness, does that produce some good coffee!  SM
Yemen Mokha Ismaili (Hirazi) 04, full pound in a 96 oz
dog bowl (complete with embossed cute little paw
prints), a milwaukee 8977 hg, and a gentle breeze to
speed away the chaff.  1st crack @ 8:10, 2nd (and much
less pronounced) crack @ 11:40 - got all the way to a
Full City ++ i think.  we couldn't wait till tomorrow
so we busted some out tonight - really, really good. 
i'm sold.  thanks to the List for all the good advice,
great tips, and fantastic encouragement.  cheers! -
