The 1st edition of Home Roasting included a set of color plates that approximated several of the agtron tiles so one could get a rough idea of where a roast stood viv a vis that system. While inaccurate it was a pretty good newbie tool. The 2nd edition was supposed to include these but they were left out. Perhaps a new run has corrected this but not last I heard. The 2nd edition included a few new roasting methods but in no greater detail than can be found on this list's advice (IMO). For my money I'd go someplace and buy the 1st edition cheap and then read everything Tom has written on the subject, buy his coffee and try to follow his roasting notes. Post your experiences here and folks will help you refine your practices.
