I've been hacking on my popper.
I tried some combinations of controls and killed some coffee in the 
process. Lessons....
0. A stock popper really isn't all that bad.
1. You need a 2 amp transformer, 450ma is not enough unless you like 
roasting to imminent fire levels.
2. With a 2 amp transformer you must have a dimmer on the fan power or 
it will never get quite hot enough.
3. Use ugh or you won't like yourself after testing mods.
