Just had a one cup drip of some Nicaraguan Lozahoren roasted ever so barely
into second. Tres tasty! Man that was a good cup. Could go for another, but
it's getting late! Been drinking shop cappas lately and not much of my own
stuff too cos I've been busy with college. A good few shops here in Dublin
do latte art but the coffee itself can be questionable! Pretty but skin deep
if you know what I mean!
Sure beats last week where I managed to mangle some lovely ethiopian
yirgacheffe beans in a bad roast where I stirred too little and roasted too
much! Under and over roasted uneven beans everywhere! I still managed to
finish the small amount though, cos I'm on a coffee ration at the mo!
Has anyone else had similar experiences where they think their love of
coffee might be fading but then just have a *good* cup and get that happy
CSA feeling? :) |
