I agree that it is very much a part of the coffee home- roaster's nature to try all that is available, then separate 'wheat from chaff'.....Kopi Luwak, for instance, retails in England for £32($50) for 250 grams ! That's roughly $100 a pound for Civet-crap robusta ! I'm guessing that the Indonesian poop-sifters don't see much of those profits.Thanks again to all concerned, Michael |
