This is probably a silly question, but must the possible points of a
cupping score add up to 100?  It just seems silly to add 50 to every
score when it would be just the same to have X out of 50.  Is it to be
compatable with SCAA cupping scores that add up to 100?  If so, do
they just add 50 too?
