There must be something in the air as we are all messing up roasts.  My PID
profile on FrankenTop is setup to hit first crack at like 11 minutes and
coast to second at around 15 (with the roaster holding at 430).  I got
distracted and came back at 25 minutes..
DOH!
Nice black oily beans.  With no intention of drying to drink it I'm going to
put them into a pile in the fire pit and observe coffee burn.

You could try selling them to *$.
