Minute Rice is a brand name by the Kraft company.  The ingredients lists:
precooked long grain white rice and chemical additives.  That's it.  It doe=

a good job.  I use it when I switch beans during the week.
Grindz works very well, but tends to have a lot of dust requiring washing o=
f
everything.  So I use this once a month or every couple of weeks when I do =
a
full grinder cleaning and wash the hopper, etc.
With both, I start on a medium setting and adjust up and down during the
grinding.  With the Minute Rice, I follow up with "cleaning grind" of beans
to make sure all the rice is out.

difference via visual inspection.  I do a "cleaning grind" after both of
these, otherwise I get whitish dust in the next coffee grind.  Some have
recommended using Minute Rice most of the time and Grindz from time to time
- I'll do that until the Grindz runs out, but don't think I'll reorder.
