My palate! Before we start our joint dinner prep attack I fixed Debi & I
Panama Carmen Estate Americanos. (roasted the batch minutes before the
Jaramillo Gesha, same LFC profile, both now at 5&3/4 days rest) It just
didn't do it for me and was one of the rare cups dumped down the sink. My
taste buds wanted something really good and got just what they craved.
Typing tasting the linger from a 30sec Gesha ristretto, now that's what I
call a Freedom Shot!
