what sort of settings are folks with Macap M4 grinders using espresso,
french press, drip, etc.?     I'm around "4" for espresso and can't
figure out good setting for french press, drip, Aeropress, etc.   i'm
also concerned that "4" seems too coarse for espresso and that my
espresso machine (Silvia) is not developing enough boiler pressure.
any input would be welcomed.
