Zara, try caps or lattes from powerfully bright coffees lighter roasted
sometime (City+ to LFC barest touch of 2nd at most). Let the acidity not the
roast cut through the milk! (Though I don't do lattes only caps) The Gesha
was simply fantastic as a cap (though not overly bright IMO straight shot
normale or ristretto, Americano or cap.) Love a powerhouse Kenya cap, or
that Blueberry Horse (lot30) for example. Too mild a coffee character I
agree can get lost in the milk. 
Bottom line of course roast it brew it and drink it how you like it!
