Actually, I think Mike was calling Aaron on referring to "Much into 2nd crack" and the loose of flavor of the original bean AS "espresso". Yes, they both seem to agree that *$ style roasting is not good for origin flavor. You missed at least my point. I don't hate *$ (although I am not really a fan) - it's IS the method I hate. In MY book, anything past FC+ is just wrong. Never liked it, can't see I ever will.
