Well the KMB arrived and I love it. The coffee from it is truly different than drip, I'd have to say that it is more like coffee from a FP but without the mud. I love its full body richness and absence of bitterness I get with drip. I discovered today that I like COLD coffee from the KMB too. (Maybe just for this particular roast.) I left a cup sitting out and tried it later at room temperature. The coffee was Guat roasted to FC, and it seriously tasted like I was eating one of those 85% pure dark chocolate bars. Never have I experienced the similarity between coffee and chocolate so much before this cold cup. From now on I'll think twice about dumping a cold cup. |

It doesn't seem to matter if it was brewed in the KMB, FP or SwissGold one cup. I could never take it cold using canned coffee. -- tom_p pfau --http://nbpfaus.net/~pfau/ |
