Evening-
I was roasting some coffee this evening and thinking about what I should
roast for the upcoming gathering on Sunday. Somewhere in the middle of the
batch of Monkey, I thought, it might be fun to compare the same coffee
roasted to the same level and rested for about the same period of time but
roasted in different methods. Of course we'd have to choose a coffee,
coordinate a roasting date etc. But are others interested in such an effort?

I'd be glad to do a HotTop and a HGDB roast, but doubt that I have the =
same beans as anyone else, so it might be hard to coordinate just one =
bean.  Maybe I'll just roast up a batch of something from my stash 2 =
ways and people can see if they can taste the difference on Sunday.
As a reminder to everyone in the San Francisco Bay area - about 10 of us =
are getting together this Sunday and we hope Tom and Maria will be able =
to join us.  We still have plenty of room for more, so if you can make =
it, let me know and I'll send you directions.

Oh, there's probably some overlap on beans, but coordination could be a bit
challenging. Perhaps I'll do the same. I could do a SCTO and an iRoast...
