I recently bought some espresso blends from Tom. Unfortunately, I'm on a
business trip & away from my espresso machine. I did bring a press pot,
grinder, and all the roasted beans I had available. I have some Puro Scuro
that was roasted to FC+ on the 16th. I had tried it for a press pot earlier
& didn't care for it. It was just OK in a press pot.
However, my travel stash is running low & I just made a pot of the Puro
Scuro. It's really very good in a press pot after a 10 day rest. Some of the
harsher flavors that I got earlier are gone but the flavors haven't gone
muddy yet.
