SO now that I have everyone hooked on quality coffee at work, what is available for making a larger pot of quality coffee. Currently brewing at home in a Technivorm KBTS and bringing a Thermal Caraf in, but that covers 3 of us. Likely intention is to grind fresh and bring in and brew, but is there a 12 cup brewer that is up to the standards of reasonably slow flow, hot water and making a decent cup o' coffee? Everything I see is on the smaller size, limited to about 1 liter of brew... Any suggestions? |
Both the Presto and TV are available in 10 cup sizes... Not the 12 cup you want but close. Beyond that you might have luck with machines that have an insolated tube from the heating element into the brew head. I've had such bad luck with coffee machines lately though I wouldn't recommend anything besides the Presto and TV.
