I roasted two batchs of a Moka Java blend (Sumatra Classic Mandheling,
Uganda Bugisu, Ethiopian Harar Lot 19) both just a tad into 2nd for a nice
FC+ on Thursday evening. 250 grams in the SCTO and 150 in the iRoast.
They've been sitting offgassing and should be quite interesting by tomorrow.
This morning's project is a Monkey moka cheesecake for tomorrow. Thanks to
Mike for the recipie which I've tweaked just a bit.
I will toss the SCTO into the car so people can see how this thing works.
When I fired up the iRoast on Thursday I was amazed at how loud it is. It
hadn't been used since March.
