Hi,
I read a lot of the posts on the issue of water purification.  I am just
about to embark on my dream of opening a coffee house in the DFW area, but
have spent about 2 years or so marketing some products that deal with
amongst other things, water purification.  I myself have a whole house
system that is real time and has a 7 stage process, works a dream and the
filters only need changing once a year.  The company also has under and over
counter purifiers.  These are very good for producing clean good tasting
drinking water and of course great for brewing coffee!
