OK, so I waited til last night to roast...  Took it to a City roast, almost
full city.  The coffee is nice - chocolates have not appeared in my cup yet
- maybe I need to roast it a little deeper (8lb left, I can still do
this)...
Well my tasting shows a nice balanced cup, a little nutty, no choc, but
we'll see over time.  Nice brew in my Clarity today.  Will probably ripen
more as it rests (roasted 2lb), so jury is still out on final.
Definitely glad I bought this one.

Brett,
I just did a cupping review of the Brazil Organic Cachoeira Yellow
Bourbon.  It is posted at Homeroasters.org.  This was a roast done by
Plain Mike.  I didn't find any chocolate, but a lot of carmel and tons
of crema when I pulled shots.
I have not looked to see how my numbers compare to Tom.  I guess I
will do that after this post.
