Don't miss out on this coffee!
After only 24 hours of rest, the aromatics are nutty (toasted almond?) with
grape skins and sage.  The taste is very much as Tom describes, with
cornucopia of fruited flavors with some pulpiness with some fruit skins
right at the end for just a hint of tart.  Tom, please do keep working on
this project!
I would love to spend the rest of the afternoon cupping the coffees I
roasted yesterday, but my wife is beckoning me to get ready because we have
a wedding to go to ... yes, on a Sunday ...
