	T H A N K    Y O U !!  I feel a bit better.  I haven't stalled the Cona yet
using the Puerto Rican Yauco Selecto.  I have another corollary: the amount
of chaff.  PRYS issues very little chaff, CR Terrazu issues a LOT. So I'm
thinking all beans are not equal to the Cona process.

Yes, Yirg is a very "chaffy" bean, and lots sticks to the bean even after roasting and tossing in a strainer.  We may be on to something here...
