I called espresso parts. They told me the generic E61 grouphead gasket =
does not fit Expobar groupheads. I measured the ones I have and they are =
8 mm. Called the Expobar supplier and ordered the gasket for more than =
twice the price of the generic one. My loss is the Scarlet Wombats gain. =
He gets 2 8 mm gaskets for the cost of mailing.

Do you mean 'generic' E61 group like Faema?! :-) For some reason I thought
the Brewtus used a true E61 group, but apparently not or the true E61
gaskets would fit.

Guess so. I asked on the Brewtus user group and they said any  one would =
fit. When I spoke to the parts department at Espresso Parts He said the =
one they had for five dollars and change would not fit an Expobar =
machine. When I called WLL the woman said theirs would fit any Expobar =
machine and was 12 dollars and change. Looking at the 2 gaskets they =
look different. The generic one is smooth inside while the Expobar one =
has 3 longitudinal slits on its inside surface.Now I am really confused =
I was led to believe the Brewtus was a true E 61 and not a clone. The PF =
from my Silvia fits the ears on the Brewtus so I don't think it is the =
PF that is different.
