And what if you just use a kettle to get the water to temperature. Throw
that in your (unplugged) La Pavoni and pull the shot as you normally would.
Worth a try I guess?
I know there are commercial lever machines that work on gas, but if you have
boat that can house a commercial espresso machine and has a sufficient
gas-supply, I guess you would also hav a generator to power a home-espresso
machine.
