I do not roast Decaf for my cup
I do not brew Decaf from a Krups
Through Bricoletta Decaf never sees
Thoughts of Decaf make me weeze
Coffee greens their essence leached
All flavors gone beyond hopes reach
Now caffeine removed for those who wane
Squeeze back some essence the poor beans bane
No longer green the poor beans state
Brown and mottled to roast Decaf await
The poor beans roast fast and untrue
Oil comes pronounced long before it's due
Pull a shot not really that bad
If Decaf is all there was to be had
Yet mere shadow of what the flavor should be
For soothe this cup is not for me
Give up taste to drink more and late
Not for me yet I do not berate
I chose less of the essence pure and true
Not Decaf coffeedoms shadow land brew
Only since opening the Kafe have I roasted Decaf beyond a few unsatisfying
tests in years past. We carry only a Decaf blend for those who require
decaf. (Simply using Tom's Donkey currently) We do not now or plan to carry
Decaf Single Origins.
