Hey all, a couple of notes, I am now roasting my 100th batch in my
Hearthware Precision.  For the record it is a Yemen Mocha Raimi, one of my
new favorites.  My brother in law visited for Christmas, he's a coffee lover
so I had a wonderful time inundating him with a variety of coffee and
brewing methods.  It turned out that his favorite (also one of mine) was the
Ethiopian Harrar.  Later in his visit I started to show him some of the
coffee cupping reviews on Sweet Maria's website and he says "oh, I've
already seen those."  It turns out he was so keen on the homeroasted coffee
that he went surfing the web and found the site himself.  I predict he will
be home roasting within a month.
