BTW ...evryone see that Maria and I are gone for a few days. We're off to
Bisbee AZ for the baptism of my new little nephew and a few days vacation.
We're going over the border to a market in Mexico where they sell lowgrade
dry-proessed mexican coffee (!) for like $1 / lb. Cant wait to cup it!
Jovan is going to keep the orders going out, but there will be a day or two
or three lag in turnaround from this WED until next...
(Also, some new crop coffees are coming and will be on the list by the
following weekend: Panama Hartman! Mexican Tres Flechas San Pablo, Kenya
Kiunyu Estate. One coffee I dont think I will have for a while is Jamaican.
I really didnt like recent samples ---in blind cupping 2 Mex. coffees
outcupped 4 JBM samples. 2 of the JBM were downright defective. I made my
description of JBM on the web page a little tougher over the weekend:

Central Factory ...we wants to "discuss" my comments about Jamaican
coffee... if I disappear for more than 6 days, please call the FBI!)
