Interesting about the "restaurant supply" Ghirardelli -- available on the
open market, or do you have connections?

The girl from the Coffee Stand at my wife's work picks it up for us in 50oz
canisters about $10 each. She gets it at United Grocers. Anyone with a
retail Business License can buy there. Prior to this I couldn't figure out
why Debi said mine tasted so much different from what she got at work. Then
I checked the label on the grocery store Ghirardelli White Chococate. It's a
"mocha mix" that included dried coffee in it (and was slightly off white in
color.) What I get now is Sweet Ground White Chocolate. I add the coffee!
