There is a down side to having great flexible type of shots you can make
with Miss Silvia. Now not only do I have to decide the bean, it's roast etc
but what type of pull! If making a 5.5oz (6oz SS cup almost to the top) do I
feel like a Cafe' Crema or Ristretto Cafe' Crema. Or go demitasse cup and
maybe a regular double shot, or Lungo, or make that a ristretto espresso
please... So many wonderful different flavors are possible from the same
bean same roast. The possibilities seem endless and mind boggling. Debi just
says make me something, they're all good! She has expressed she REALLY likes
the ristretto cafe' cremas...better than espresso. Usually that is. She
likes variety too, just not as Nuts as I am.... yeah, I admit it. It is
"only" coffee after all! (heresy)
Sipping a 5.5 Cafe' Crema Sulawesi Torraja LFC. ist gute! (sp?)

PS I'm sure I would have been happy with a Solis 5000 if I gotten one, as
I'm sure you are John. I like to experiment and stretch the limits and am
having a great time with Miss Silvia. Don't think I'd be happy without this
flexibility now though.
