Mike,
I'm with Debi on this. I try to approach it from a Zen point of view. I 
like surprises more than i do consistency, so I follow the Zen saying, 
"Shoot your arrow into the air, and where it lands, call that your target." 
I don't seek after "God shots". I let them find me...or not..
I drink it all(w/adaptations, of course)..nothing is wasted...
If I wanted consistency, I'd go to my local diner....ugh!
