Just thought I would pass this on.  
Normally I drink SM's Monkey Blend as it is quite good, but I decided to 
try a pound of the Classic Italian Espresso Blend - it is awesome!  I 
couldn't wait for the rest period, so after only an hour I pulled a shot 
and have to say if you haven't yet tried it, do yourself a favor and get 
some.

I still have a pound of this, waiting for me to try it. Since I just ran
out of green MB, and I won't get my next couple of pounds until next
week, I guess I'll have to actually try the Italian Blend.
How deep did you roast it, Dick?

I roasted it to the Vienna stage.  Excellent either straight or with milk.  
It is more intense than the Monkey blend.
