perhaps you've seen them... usually brass, a number of tiny cups on a brass tray... and here is the question... the pot usually has an exaggerated pour spout, quite long and made as an open 'V' tapering to a pour-point. Where are these usually made and used and what marks quality construction... and WHY that weird (signature) spout? Thanks- Ted |
I can answer the "V" spout part. It prevents drips. When properly made, the shape or geometry of the spout draws that last drop which clings to it "back up" into the pot.
