Michael, and any others using Netscape Version 4.6:
That particular version of Netscape had serious bugs - you should upgrade 
to 4.61 (or 4.72, the latest version) or you should go back to Netscape 4.5.
IIRC, Netscape/AOL set a world's record getting Netscape 4.61 out (I think 
it was like 2 weeks) after the problems with 4.6 were discovered.  I 
remember my own personal horror at learning that I could no longer play 
on-line Jeopardy (fixed in 4.61). ;-)
