I'm so proud of myself, visited Sweet Maria's (website that is) and didn't
order more greens. Okay I confess, though no greens a Zass Turkish Mill and
a 6 tasse Amore/Danny Moka Pot will soon be arriving to dial in for travel.
I'd been eyeing the Cherie Moka Pot in the past thinking it'd be way cool
when I decided to get a moka pot, just my luck it's out of stock :-(
Though I really really love Americanos and Cafe' Cremas there seems this
'need' to experience as many brewing methods as possible. Now I just have to
decide on an Ibrik and the Cona keeps calling my name...;-) I recently found
a site that sells coffee socks and a folding wood sock stand from Costa
Rica, but they're out of the stands.
Oh boy, more toys!

Moka pots are popping up everywhere here!!! I have 3 of them now.  I have
the Bialleti Brikka (3 cup or 2 cup I can't remember) , a S/S 4 cup from
Brikka, and the Siesta  6 cup from Sweet Marias.  This way I have "options."
I like my 4 cupper best mostly because it works perfect for a single
serving.  I don't brew the full 4 cups because I always stop my brew before
it "gurgles" at me, this seems to keep the coffee from being burnt.  The
Brikka is the most finicky one because it actually builds up pressure to
"simulate" crema but it can be the best Moka or the worse!  I use my Moka
pots for traveling too.  I have a little hotplate I take with me.  I didn't
like the electric Bialleti one that my buddy uses for his business trips.
Anyways, enough of that, good job Mike on increasing the number of brewing
devices, more CSA points!
