Cool!!! You know, I think I'd like to be able to compare your
"expert" roasting to my "greenhorn" roasting, so go ahead and roast,
if you're so inclined. I've had really good results with USPS lately
(though I'm sure I'll jinx their service at least until the next full
moon with that endorsement...). I'll make certain I brew it up in
"Royal" style as soon as it gets here.

P.S. You just couldn't stand rubbing the gold and cut crystal in,
could you? That's ok - the only folks who won't be sufficiently
impressed with my plain Royal are those who've seen your
fancy-schmancy one, and that's an intersection of sets that's small
enough for me to live with! ;>)
