Seems appropriate since I was feeling *Royally* magnanimous and will be
sending 1/3# (my standard batch) Kona greens fit for Hawaiian Royalty to
someone who preceeded me in a Royal aquisition! (even if it was copper and
plain crystal:-) I was going to roast it but decided to not risk USPS
screwing up and delivering late staling the roast... that is, unless you'd
prefer me to roast it Mark. Let me know ASAP. I'll hold shipping 'till I get
a reply.

Mark, a long standing gourmet rule says that presentation is at least half
the experience.  I'm sure Mike's coffee must taste at least an order of
magnitude over your "plain" Royal, and we just won't go to my Cona because I
begin to cry.

Cool!!!  You know, I think I'd like to be able to compare your
"expert" roasting to my "greenhorn" roasting, so go ahead and roast,
if you're so inclined.  I've had really good results with USPS lately
(though I'm sure I'll jinx their service at least until the next full
moon with that endorsement...).  I'll make certain I brew it up in
"Royal" style as soon as it gets here.

P.S. You just couldn't stand rubbing the gold and cut crystal in,
could you?  That's ok - the only folks who won't be sufficiently
impressed with my plain Royal are those who've seen your
fancy-schmancy one, and that's an intersection of sets that's small
enough for me to live with!  ;>)
