	I too am a CRT fan.  Wise Mr. Tom sent me some in my original 8 sample
packs.  It was love at first roast.  I have trouble leaving it for 24 hours-
but it is really worth the wait. It peaks for me about mid day three - I
can't speak to day four and beyond because I don't roast that far ahead.  it
is certainly one bean that changes dramatically with the grind.  I don't
rave about it on-line because it sells out too quickly already :O)
