First I'm not talking about the size of your bean stash; but your equipment stash. I ask because I find myself surrounded by a lot of backup, susperceded, or variant type equipment. Gee Ben! We work to slowly slide all that stuff into the house and you
want us to put it down in writing? The original guidelines for CSA
were five ways to roast and five ways to brew. I'm not about to put it
all in print - but suffice it to say -You've got a good start :O)

John, not to worry, you just need to think outside the box a bit. Wok
roasting is one method that you may already have - steel skillet with a
glass lid, pop corn popper (myriad of styles) Convection oven, Fr, FR+
Hacked FR, HOtTop...[and lots of folks are now BBQ roasting - ONE Brick
oven (has to hold CSA office for that one)] even a couple of guys tried
the microwave roasters (not good). Brewing can be broken down into -
Drip (pot or single), pour through (single - Chemex) Vacuum (big glass,
small glass metal) Press Pots (variety of sizes, Ibrik, E-siphon,
Espresso machines (lever La Pavoni to Super Auto SM5K) Then theres the
storage category: craft bag, vacuum bags, FoodSaver vacuum bags,
Mason/Kerr jars, Coffee varieties - NOT GOING THERE!~!

<Snip> Ohhh gooddy .. then I guess I qualify ... If I throw in the steel skillet , the Wok .. and the cookie sheet .. I fit in roaster category .... Now to go see all the good stuff that came in that box labeled Sweet Maria's on the outside that arrived today ... I think I feel the need to go roast something... --John -- John Coffey email: john Network Access Services, Inc. voice: (360) 733-9279 P.O.
