My brother has sent me a kg of beans from Cuba (he lives in London). 
Anyone had any experience roasting Cuban beans?  I roasted up a batch this
evening and took them just to second crack.  I'll see what they taste like
tomorrow morning.

flavorfull heirloom variety, and like everything grown in Cuba,
organic. Good at every roast stage. I've liked it best just a
bit into second crack. There is lower elevation coffee from Cuba
that's probably better more lightly roasted.
