My brother has sent me a kg of beans from Cuba (he lives in London). Anyone had any experience roasting Cuban beans? I roasted up a batch this evening and took them just to second crack. I'll see what they taste like tomorrow morning. Stephen Jones |

I've liked it best just a bit into second crack. There is lower elevation coffee from Cuba that's probably better more lightly roasted.
