I've noticed a distict improvement in the taste of my coffee this year. I don't know if it's because I'm becoming more and more aware of tastes, or because I now can use a HotTop effectively, or is it because the coffees that SM is offering lately are better than ever? John, in my own experience, I have noticed the same thing. The answer, I suspect, is that it's me. The list members who've been around for a while sure don't seem to think that the coffees from 3 or 5 years ago were bad... so congrats on the continued development of your skill!
